Cerro Cortaderas belongs to the group of peaks around the Loma Larga. It is
hidden in a side valley of the Cajón Morado. It should be between Punta
Italia and Loma Larga.
Ascent to Cerro Cortaderas, red + blue lines: crevasses, the long line is the
ascent, C1: camp
Location: Cajón Morado, east of the Laguna del Morado, close to Punta
Italia and Yamakawa
Access: Baños Morales, 6h from below, 4h from end of road to base camp
Characteristics: Easy ascent with some steeper snow fields at the end
