SIERRA NEVADA (2554m)

• Grade: difficult (AD-)
• Location: Curacautin - Manzanar - Malalcahuello - passing the termas righthand until the end of a bad white road for 6m.
• Start: end of the road at 1200m
• Route: following the yellow waypoints on the trees through dense araucaria forest until about 1600m, then up to a crest at 1820m (careful with big cornices). Follow the crest for about 1.5h, crossing over a steep slope, then towards the summit. Final summit is glaciated, but without crevasses. 
• Altitude difference: 1300m on long distance
• Duration: 4-5h
• Equipment: ski crampons
• Season: winter
• Remark: 4WD recommended, strong insolation, good views to Vn. Llaima and Lonquimay
